These terms apply to the Threadwell browser extension and this website. By installing or using Threadwell, you accept them.
1. A free tool
Threadwell is free. It lets you save, organize, search and export your own conversations from claude.ai and chatgpt.com, on your own device.
2. Provided "as is"
Threadwell is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The websites it works with can change at any time, and some features may stop working until an update is released. Keep your own copies of anything important.
3. Your responsibility
You use Threadwell with your own accounts. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of claude.ai, chatgpt.com and any other service you use, and for what you do with the files you export.
4. No affiliation
Threadwell is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic or OpenAI. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic; ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use Threadwell.
6. Privacy
Threadwell collects no data. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar.
